1. A Transformation Company, Profession or Individual embraces and models the Five Pivotal Paradigms and displays the following characteristics:
· It is ethical, operating in the highest integrity to produce and deliver superior products and services.
· It intentionally invests in the betterment of its workforce and their families.
· It actively pursues the transformation of its sphere of influence and expertise in the marketplace.
· It invests generously and sacrificially in the broader community.
· It purposefully connects with other companies, professions and individuals to impact the world.
2. A Transformation Church is one whose leaders embrace and model the Five Pivotal Paradigms and display the following characteristics:
· It equips, commissions and releases its members to reach the marketplace and pastor the city/region 24/7.
· It diligently pursues the organic unity of the larger Body of Christ to energize the mission of the Church.
· It commits a growing percentage of its resources to kingdom expansion by sacrificially investing beyond the local congregation to achieve the objective of transformation.
· It expects the Kingdom of God to be tangibly manifested in cities and nations. |
